At Confide Hair, your experience and hair health come first. Every service is performed with care, precision, and advanced European extension methods.
While extensions require proper maintenance to perform their best, we do offer a voluntary service guarantee to support you throughout your wear.

Confide Hair offers a 14-day service guarantee from the date of installation for extensions purchased and installed through the studio. If you experience concerns related to installation quality and your extensions show no signs of improper aftercare, a complimentary assessment and adjustment may be provided.
If removal is recommended within this period due to a confirmed installation concern, a complimentary removal may be offered after a full evaluation by Confide Hair. This complimentary removal applies only when there is a verified issue with the installation itself—for example, visible installation irregularities, excessive shedding due to placement, or another technical concern. It does not apply if you decide you no longer want to wear extensions, feel they are too heavy, prefer a different length or volume, or simply change your mind.
This guarantee applies only when extensions have been cared for exactly as instructed and no external damage has occurred.

Extensions that show signs of:
• Improper aftercare (improper brushing, oils near bonds, infrequent washing, excessive heat, incorrect product use)
• Matting, knotting, or bond damage caused by lack of maintenance or incorrect home care.
• Activities known to cause extension damage (saunas, ocean water, chlorinated pools, oil based products, sleeping with wet hair).
• Client applied color, bleach, toners, glosses, or any chemical services.
• Damage from external factors including heat tools, rough handling, or intentional alteration.
• Results based on unrealistic expectations or changes in preference after installation.Confide Hair is not responsible for hair extension damage caused by neglect, improper handling, or modification after the service.

Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity and safety of your extensions.
At your appointment, you’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions including:
• How to brush and wash correctly
• What products are safe
• How to protect bonds
• How to sleep, style, and dry your extensionsFailure to follow aftercare guidelines voids the service guarantee.
Confide Hair does not offer refunds for issues resulting from improper home care.

Confide Hair offers complimentary 15-minute maintenance check-ins for the first time extensions users, which are recommended for clients wanting reassurance or early evaluation of bond movement.
These check-ins allow us to address minor concerns before they become issues. -
Because hair extensions are a custom service, refunds on services are not available once the hair has been installed.
Please note that hair purchases become non-refundable as soon as the order is placed with the supplier.
Claims for replacement hair are limited strictly to the hair itself and do not include:• Installation costs
• Removal costs
• Product costs
• Any additional fees or associated expensesNormal wear and tear such as dryness, colour fading, split ends, or natural shedding is not considered a defect and is not covered.

To maintain the health of your hair and the performance of your extensions, clients must:
• Follow all aftercare instructions.
• Use products recommended or approved by Confide Hair.
• Return for maintenance within the recommended timeframe.
• Avoid chemical services not performed or approved by Confide Hair.Extensions damaged due to client actions or inaction are not eligible for guarantees, repairs, or replacements.

Confide Hair does not install client-supplied hair or adhesives.
If a client chooses to use outside products or hair against studio policy, Confide Hair assumes no responsibility for:• Bond failure
• Matting
• Shedding
• Breakage
• Product reactionsNo refunds or replacements will be issued for services performed on client-supplied materials, though removal services may be provided for a fee.
